Returns policy
We'd rather you love it than hoard it in a drawer.
30-day returns
If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items need to come back unused and in their original packaging — sealed CDs should still be sealed.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and confirm your refund amount before you ship anything.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it over, we refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping was free, so there's nothing to deduct.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order shows up damaged or we sent the wrong thing, send a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. You won't pay return shipping.
Non-returnable
Gift cards and digital downloads can't be returned. Opened USB drives can only be returned if they're faulty.
